Dining Services 

Tadd and Holly have been working together in their small business, Tadd’s Coastal Kitchen, since 2017. They provide prepared meals for busy families and cater events around town. They have been married almost 20 years, have 4 children and are faithful Catholics in the Mobile area.  They are involved in many things around our archdiocese and have catered many events you may have gotten to be a part of!  For the last year, they have been running their business out of our kitchen here at Corpus Christi.  You may have seen them around and they have quickly become part of the CC family!  They are so excited to bring some of their delicious food to our school families starting the first week of school!  Say hello to them and introduce yourself if you see them around. We are very excited to offer healthy, affordable lunches made daily right in our cafeteria kitchen.
